Learn to heal your life by going within and learning forgiveness of self and others.  Illness begins to manifest itself by the thoughts that you have of hurt, anger, loss, and fear, etc.  It starts with the thought first, then the emotion and if the emotion is held onto for too long, it will then manifest itself into the physical body as an illness.

We all have the power and ability to change the outcome of any situation simply by changing our thoughts from negative to positive.  Sounds easy, doesn’t it?  Don’t be fooled, being positive after years of negative programming takes work!  You’ve all heard “what you sow is what you reap” , “what goes around, comes around” , “every action has a reaction”, “what you believe you can achieve”. Well, the thoughts you put out are responsible for the end result of any situation.  You write your own script with your thoughts, good or bad, negative or positive.

Your mind is the most powerful tool that you have, it is the difference between prison and freedom.  Use it to stay positive and reap the rewards of your positive thoughts.  Fear IS your worst enemy!  When you put fear thoughts out into the universe on any level, the universe returns your thoughts with more things to fear.  When you put thoughts of gratitude out, you will receive more things to be grateful for.  When you begin to balance your life by releasing judgement and learning forgiveness, you will then be taking the first steps to healing on all levels, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.  It all begins with a single step, take that step NOW!
