In life, we are confronted by many situations.  Some are joyous while others are testing.  They test your character and, more importantly, your fortitude.  While most of us try to confront these situations and maintain our course, these same situations can be our obstacles in the road.  A stressful situation caused me to experience extreme anxiety, so much so that I was prescribed Xanex. I found Xanex was not the answer but became the excuse.  After two years of constant struggle, I was introduced to Pat Longo.  She helped me to realize that not everything in life is black and white and that it’s okay.  Through her guidance and healing I have learned how to manage the stresses in my life comfortably and effectively. Thank you again Pat for being there in my time of need.
