I sat in a chair and Pat put her hands on the back of my neck. I felt a strong power (like a freight train) come from my toes, up my legs, and through my body. When it reached my chest area, I remember saying that my breathing was labored. I felt all this energy rest in my throat area and then I released a sound (combination of a scream, moan, and groan). I had never experienced anything like this. I don’t know how long the sound lasted…but when it was finished I began to tremble. I felt that my nerve endings had become temporarily electrified.
When all this passed I felt very calm and peaceful. The healing that took place, helped me to release so much negative energy…It made room for goodness and peace in my heart and my soul. It was an important step on the road to a new life. I began taking Pat’s spiritual classes and the healing continues….
